All submissions to rewrite.com are confidential and remain the property of the client. All edited, revised, or custom written material remains the property of rewrite.com until payment is received in full, whereupon said material becomes the property of the client. rewrite.com accepts no liability for fiscal loss or errors in legal documents or translations or for loss of grade or of academic or professional standing due to content issues in material submitted to and edited or revised by rewrite.com. The client is advised to have all edited and/or revised documents intended for use in a court of law reviewed by an appropriate legal professional. The client is advised to have all edited and/or revised translations reviewed by a person or persons competent in both of the languages in question. All material submitted to rewrite.com is assumed to be original except where indicated by the client. The client is advised to consult the laws of his or her state and country regarding plagiarism. rewrite.com accepts no liability for loss, hardship, or prosecution resulting from plagiarism in and/or other improper or illegal use of material submitted to and edited or rewritten by rewrite.com. All bills for services are due immediately upon receipt. A surcharge equal to 10% of the previous balance will be levied for each full calendar month in which any bill remains unpaid. Bulk rate in-person consultations not cancelled twenty-four (24) hours prior to the appointment date and time will be charged in full. Other in-person consultations not cancelled prior to the appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one hour’s consultation at the agreed rate. Submission of material to and/or request for consultation with rewrite.com constitute acceptance of all of the above terms.
